Our Growth and Ministry Plan
To outline how we plan to fulfill our mission and to continue growing in our values, we have developed a Growth and Ministry Plan. Responsible leadership not only lays out a mission for its people, but also a plan by which to achieve the mission. This plan describes the direction by which we mean to build a church that lifts up and lives out the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Commitment
We commit to love our people by knowing them and taking genuine
interest in them. We commit to caring for them by having them
in our lives and homes. We commit to equip them to fulfill
their responsibilities before God.
Involvement
We will involve them in our church body by openly promoting our
ministries. We will involve them in our church body by
intentionally calling people into our ministries.
Maturity
We will mature them through personal discipleship. We will
mature them in how to interpret the Scriptures with an understanding
on how to apply the grace of God, in Jesus Christ. We will mature
them through working with their hearts towards change. We will
mature them by modeling how to love and minister to their wives,
children, the body, and unbelievers.
Shepherding
We will model what it is to shepherd people towards
commitment to, involvement with, and maturity in Christ and His
body. We will model ourselves as shepherds, with the purpose
of reproducing new shepherds for the building up of the body.
